Shock & Awe
That's how I felt seeing these babies that I last photogaphed just a short while ago for their newborn pictures. They have changed so much in what seems to me, to be a blink of an eye. I almost hate to do these baby plans because I get so attached to these babies, and inevitably, they will move away in a year or two and it's hard to say good bye. Anyways, it was a busy week photographing babies, children & families. There will be lots to see in the next few days.
This first little guy had smiles for me, as long as I didn't disappear behind the big black box (camera) but he had the biggest smiles for his two favorite people! Such a sweetheart.
It's always an honor to photograph a family. And that honor just grows when I'm called to photograph that family a second or third time. I love to watch the children grow and this family is definitely no exception. "A" is adorable and full of personality, and is now a big sister! I think she just gets cuter every time I see her. That gorgeous curly hair with the huge blue eyes. The new baby, "little A" is following right in his big sister's shoes. Such a handsome little man. I honestly don't know if I've ever seen a baby with that much hair. He's already had three haircuts and he's only four months old! A happy little guy with such gorgeous blue eyes. A little ladies man who just flirts with you. I'm upset that the Navy is moving them away, and now I'm going to have to travel to the East coast to photograph them and watch them grow! With so many clients having moved to the East coast, I may just have to take a working vacation out there next Spring (when the weather here is drab & depressing and the heat & humidity isn't too bad yet out there!). "M" family, you will be missed! Thank you for the honor of photographing your beautiful family.
